Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Steel Mill Gifts ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to international gift-givers soon.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging for a full replacement or refund.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes! During the checkout process, you will see a 'Gift Message' field where you can enter a custom note that we will print and include in the package at no extra cost.
Are your kitchen and dining products dishwasher safe?
Product care varies by material. Most of our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe, while our wood and metal decorative pieces are hand-wash only. Please check the 'Care Instructions' tab on the specific product page.
